Randall is a native Tucsonan who began his tree journey in 2007 as a groundsman at a local landscape company. Over the years, his passion grew as he attained many certifications and qualifications, including the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) certification. 

He uses these skills every day to best serve you and your trees. With an affinity for the science of trees, he ensures that the company is operating on the most current industry research and standards. In his free time, he’s deeply committed to physical fitness, personal growth, and spending time with his own trees and animals.

Bobby Brown: 

Owner/Operator

Lead Climber/Field Operations Manager

Bobby is from Tucson and started on his tree path in 2014, quickly becoming a top-end tree worker and crew leader. His attention to detail and insistence on quality have always set him apart in the industry. 

Today, he manages crews, oversees safety protocols, and has been an integral part of the company’s success as co-owner. Armed with the skills, knowledge, and experience, he is well prepared to serve you and your tree’s needs. Outside of work, he’s an avid outdoorsman, a dog lover, and a proud dad.
